Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During product launches, promotions, holidays, or peak seasons, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

From time to time, Premieré may offer free shipping promotions. Any applicable free shipping offers will be clearly displayed on our website.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Philippines

  • Metro Manila: 1–3 business days

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather conditions, courier delays, customs clearance, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking details.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Premieré is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Premieré is not liable for delays caused by the courier.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the damaged item and packaging.

For lost packages, we will assist in filing a claim with the courier whenever possible.

International Duties and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally result in delays. Premieré is not responsible for shipping delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control.
